IS Communications and Branding Change Management Consultant – Cyber Security & Assurance


Exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to revolutionize a culture of information security best practices on behalf of the global Cyber Security & Assurance organization at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Specifically in this role, the successful candidate will develop and disseminate information security-related awareness messages and marketing campaigns to a global audience that support cybersecurity initiatives and drive behavior change. Leveraging their demonstrated ability to think creatively while accounting for multiple perspectives, the successful individual will be responsible for marketing and communication efforts using a variety of tactics to increase awareness.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing communications program that will enhance employee awareness on cybersecurity principles, policies, processes, and best practices at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. This includes:
o Internal communications
o Print, online, digital and interactive content
o Campaign management
o Branding
o Presentation materials and talking points
o Graphic Design
o Content creation
o Training and education

• Responsible for employing effective communication channels that support the program, and incorporating appropriate editorial direction, design, production, and distribution; elements include:
o Corporate intranet microsite
o Internal social media sites (Yammer, Chatter)
o Topical, theme-based toolkits
o Publications, posters and other promotional collateral
o Video vignettes
o Presentation materials

• The ideal candidate is responsible for all aspects of awareness communications and marketing, including copywriting, managing online and offline creative development (web, email, direct mail, social media), execution activities, and technical implementation requirements using internal and external resources. This individual can also do the following:
o Source, write, edit, and publish inspiring and informative content for employees that will drive behavior change
o Coordinate initiatives of regional Awareness Ambassadors; enable field-level Marketing Communications efforts
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop strategic focus that define targeting criteria and audience definition using list selection tools and systems
o Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
o Track, analyze and report metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing communication tactics

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations
• Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong organizational, and written and verbal communication skills is a must; project management skills are a plus
• Advanced experience with using SharePoint and content management systems required
• Knowledge of information security concepts, principles and best practices is preferred
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills preferred
• Experience working in a decentralized global structure, and a familiarity with social media, data systems and techniques used to inform relationship marketing targeting selection
• Competent with both online and offline channels, and email program execution
• Ability to communicate on various levels including executives, professional, skilled and unskilled workers, and contract employees
• Ability to form complex technical messages in a simple, clear and concise manner to various audiences globally to enhance understanding and influence behavior change
• Flexibility to concentrate while multitasking, and adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change with constant interruptions
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and the Internet
• Ability to work in a remote team environment that may extend outside the Kimberly-Clark Corporation including suppliers and partners
• Skillful at researching to understand current cybersecurity trends, threats and vulnerabilities
