We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Intermediate Designer Print/Web on a full-time basis. This designer will work as an integral part of the Marketing Services – Brand and Creative Services Team. The position will report to the Senior Designer.

The Intermediate Designer will assist with design of:

-Collateral materials
-Proposal and presentation templates
-Banner campaigns
-Email initiatives
-Website design and support
-Online marketing
-New media applications and visual identity guideline maintenance and interpretation.


• Intermediate Designer working with Senior Designers and teams (offices, practice groups, sector groups, and global marketing service and business development team), through their needs and requirements, to produce high quality and best-in-class design and service
• This position will support all internal creative requests and support the development of all online initiatives;
• Maintain highest quality creativity, technology and innovation in all aspects of print & web design;
• Working on: Brochures, flyers, newsletters, invitations, web pages, motion graphics for web and video and other new media initiatives
• Manage and maintain development schedule, perform milestone reviews, track all jobs and resources, and submit creative reports as required;
• Support the design, layout and production of firm-wide collateral for event requirements including invitations (print and online), program signage and exhibitory graphics;
• Manage personal workload with regard to keeping projects on-time with consistent high level customer service and turnaround;
• Sourcing images, photography and illustrations
• Assemble conceptual files to prepress, print production and external supplier specifications;
• Support desktop publishing requests such as PowerPoint (including animations) as required;

• Commercially aware with sound understanding of the professional services and design/web environments
• Familiar with design process and creative project coordination


• A portfolio that illustrates a background in corporate design, web design, and online advertising
• Strong design (print/web) portfolio with 6+ plus years’ experience;
• BASIC Experience with Flash, CSS & HTML;
• A good understanding of the limitations/advantages of different web techniques (i.e. HTML 5 vs. alternatives) with respect to design, usability and maintenance effort
• Proven success in a corporate environment or with corporate clients;
• A thorough and advanced knowledge of all current Adobe software (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Flash) within a Mac environment;
• Excellent PowerPoint design layout experience either in a corporate or pitch environment
