INTEGRATED MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER - Allegro Process

Plan, develop and deliver large scale, multi-channel, complex, integrated marketing campaigns. The position will support Allegro Leaders to ensure the process continues to be managed and optimized for ongoing success. This individual’s primary responsibility is to support multiple project management needs within the Allegro process and program.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate activities and meetings related to Allegro Process and Allegro Program Management including logistics and
presentation coordination and scheduling to support meeting and team needs.
- Create, develop and maintain key documents/artifacts used in the Allegro campaign planning process.
- Identify, develop and implement recommended formats for key Allegro support documents as well as best ways for team members to access
these key materials (artifacts) once developed.
- Provide direction to internal creative services group in document template development.
- Support a weekly Allegro leadership meeting by developing agendas, building meeting decks in PowerPoint, consulting with presenters, running Live Meeting, documenting meeting notes, etc.
- Support Allegro Web-based training including module updates, changes and any new module development necessary to support the process.
- Develop and manage timelines for projects related to Allegro materials i.e.; Web-based training materials, module updates and changes, support document updates, form/template creation, etc.

Must Haves:
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects running simultaneously.
- Ability to work across a variety of projects, initiatives and are flexible in working style.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across lines of business and at multiple levels.
- Ability to work through ambiguity with minimal supervision in a highly fast paced environment.
- Superior oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate clearly and succinctly.
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and follow through.
