IMMEDIATE NEED! Marketing Program Manager (part time, 9-week assignment)

This assignment is slated for 9-weeks and is part-time. The person in this role will work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Supports all phases of projects of adding acquired company’s product portfolio to service provider route-to-market and scale go-to-market.

Acts as primary contact for project activities, leading different workstreams across cross-BU teams including product marketing, product management, pricing, license fulfillment, professional services and support.

Liaises with business functions to drive new product introductions process and transition existing service provider contracts to a new program and tracks each item to closure

Schedules product interviews with service providers to review and validate pricing, packaging, and use cases.

Partners with the route-to-market leader in creating pricing and packaging proposal and securing approvals from pricing and operations committee.

Defines qualification criteria that service providers shall meet to be eligible to use a given product.

Sets up product, service and support SKUs and drives license fulfillment for qualified service providers.

Helps create launch collaterals including business decision-market presentation, technical decision-market presentation, FAQ, datasheet, success stories, etc.

Updates content on internal and external web-sites.

Drives field and partner communication

Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing project scope.

Acts as advisor to the route-to-market leader regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

Ideally 3–4 years of program or project management experience in high-tech industry, preferably in product marketing, partner / channel marketing, or go-to-market functions

Prior experience in integrating acquired company’s tools, processes, and programs is a plus.

Essential skills include communication, collaboration, personal organization, negotiation, and risk management.
