UX Designer (some IA) - 40 hours/onsite

The Digital Solutions Center establishes and governs the strategy of a digital ecosystem,
creates centralized digital platforms, capabilities and standards and offers digital execution services for
the businesses and corporate centers to leverage.

The Consulting IA/UX Designer within the Digital Delivery Group will be responsible for the execution and
delivery of important design artifacts to support the many digital projects supporting internal and external
businesses. The designer will require past IA/UX design experience in small to large web projects as
well as enterprise software applications. This person will also be responsible for creative end-to-end
solutions through, but not limited to, static and prototype wireframes, sitemaps, use-case scenarios,
user workflows, functional specifications, visual design, front-end development and the review of each
implementation deployed to desktop, tablet and mobile devices.


The IA/UX designer will be adept in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, where accuracy and
speed are required. In addition, the designer will provide graphics-asset support to
the development teams, as well as some traditional graphic design to support content development.

Core Responsibilities:

-Define requirements for transformational information architecture and content strategy through user centered design methodology, aligning user needs with market research, product goals, and feasibility of technology execution
-Influence product and technology evolution through collaboration, consensus, and communication of best practices
-Provide and foster thought leadership, and define vision for a unified enterprise-wide digital experience
-Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including product, marketing, communications, research, law, and corporate technology
-Create taxonomies and navigation schemes to relate information in a way that simplifies how people navigate and use content and services across enterprise properties anytime and anywhere on desktop and mobile devices
-Produce clean and concise roadmaps, site maps, interface schematics and wireframes, flow diagrams, and taxonomies for corporate groups, and businesses including retail and institutional investing, international, and insurance
-Monitor competitive threats and emerging trends in Web, mobile, social and beyond, to understand challenges and opportunities that lie ahead
