Our top Fortune 500 commerce client is seeking a Hybrid Visual/Interaction Designer to to make an impact helping sellers and buyers connect across the world. As a Designer, your job is to be an ambassador to the user, creating design solutions that delight our customers by solving important problems end-to-end, and crafting an experience that balances the needs of the business and while delivering an intuitive and engaging product experience for our users. You will be designing mostly across desktop and mWeb, in an agile environment.

Our commecre client is looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer to join their motors team and help to propel the buying and selling of motors parts and accessories into the future. They are revolutionizing commerce by building apps, creating new platforms, and solving complex problems at a massive scale. What you work on here impacts the lives of millions of buyers and sellers every day.

You’ll create scalable designs for various user types, form factors, and regions (globally). You’ll need strong communication skills to provide a clear rationale for design concepts and how they align to project goals, as well as to clearly articulate design decisions and confidently speak to the rationale for design solutions.

Achieving these goals requires collaboration with top team members across various disciplines including product, marketing, development/engineering, and quality assurance (QA). At each stage of the design process, you’ll fight on behalf of our customers, spending time in their shoes to create smart solutions that improve their lives. Our challenges require significant creativity to help resolve business constraints through design solutions. You will be involved in all aspects of UED including user research, interaction design, content design, and visual design, and should have a passion to learn and explore each area.
