A creative agency with a wide variety of international clients are looking for a Hybrid Developer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
With work covering logos, films, architecture, animations, branding, outdoor campaigns, exhibitions, 3D, photography, mobile applications, websites, live TV production, AV installations, print graphics for a range of interesting clients; this job truly does offer the opportunity to get involved in an exciting and dynamic company. The agency has a multidisciplinary structure that through blurring the disciplines has allowed them to seamless combine the various platforms and media that they cover. This is a process that has taken a number of years to perfect, but has allowed the agency to leverage the talents of every team member to deliver integrated, comprehensive and coherent strategy for clients and collaborators.

You will have substantial experience working in a similar digital role within an agency environment.
You will have experience of developing cross browser and cross platform compatible solutions.
You will be able to deliver a variety of projects – websites, microsites, banners, apps and other creative content.
You will have experience of working campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & Vimeo, including experience of relevant APIs.
You will be able to provide SEO support and reports through google analytics/webtrends – enabling the provision of solid post campaign reports to our clients.
You will have a rigorous testing plan in place to ensure all your projects are bug free and meet our client’s expectations at every stage.
You will be proactive in identifying opportunities for expanding and developing existing briefs through digital developments.

Job Purpose

As a busy creative studio it’s essential to the success of project delivery that the team run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The role of the multimedia designer/developer is to support the agency's creative team.
You will work with the Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and their creative and production teams to develop creative ideas for a broad and varied range of digital projects.
You will have a real passion for interactive design, environments, brands and all things digital.
You will be developing and building user-friendly, interactive and engaging web pages, apps, user interfaces and social products from static Photoshop designs.


You will have knowledge of key technologies including HTML, CSS, JQuery, Wordpress CMS, PHP, MySQL, Adobe Flash and Creative Suite.
You will have a good understanding of web standards and modern accessibility techniques.
You will become the main point of contact for digital solutions and will be incredibly technically savvy, infusing the whole studio with digital thinking.
You will be able to think strategically and have a thorough understanding of how brands are implemented. Working within a project team you will contribute your digital expertise to the development of their creative executions.
You will have the experience and confidence to communicate digital ideas directly to clients where required and be able to explain your ideas clearly to your colleagues.
You will have a solid appreciation of innovative UI, forward thinking web techniques, performance and optimisation on all devices.

You must be able to manage your own time and be aware of the overall delivery requirements of the studio, you will implement your own project management processes and communicate project updates effectively to the team.
