Human Resources Manager

• Ensure SAP HCM Transactions are being prioritized and executed with quality and on time
• Identify issues and recommends preventive actions to reduce the volume of future issues
• Train and develop HR Specialists on SAP HCM transactions, processes, tools and other skills required to elevate the role, level of customer service and quality of work
• Primary point of escalation for HR Specialists and HR Business Partners for items and transactions that have not been resolved in a timely or quality manner
• Partners with Head of Solutions and Optimization to develop and implement a continuous improvement agenda by making functional and process recommendations on how to effectively manage and enhance the service delivery model
• Partners with Head of Solutions and Optimization to liaison with our internal HR Shared Services organization on issue resolutions, root cause identification and process improvements
• Develop curriculum and facilitate training to HR business partners on how to support the execution of processes in order to yield timely and quality execution
• Collaborate with the US HR Team to improve work structure and organization

Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR focused on operations and processes - Must be current manager of HR Operations
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an SAP HCM Functional Super User - Must be current user of SAP to view and process transactions in system
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people
• Strong skills in Excel

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relates experience
• Fluency in English essential
