Position Description and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring quality of day-to-day service and escalating issues in a timely manner to appropriate parties.
• Assisting in the running of a scalable, efficient and sustainable service delivery operations platform enterprise wide.
• Ensuring accuracy of nightly interfaces of the BMS Employee Master Data used for updating SAP Cost Centers and BMS employee data for GOA approvals
• Monitoring user access and profiles in accordance with workflows and proper use of the delegation functionality for approvals.
• Collaborating with Contract Coordinator and Procurement to ensure Onyx repository includes all versions and amendments of executed Supplier MSAs & PSAs.
• Ensuring all onboarding activities are following the proper procedures for capturing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Background checks, etc.
• Ensuring time sheets are processed and the use of overtime for Leased Workers is in accordance with program directive and the exceptions process.
• Coordinating weekly review of Rate & Role Changes ensuring compliance to guidelines and cost containment.
• Assisting with the weekly tenure review partnering with legal, tax and HR identifying exceptions and escalating accordingly.
• Monitoring all offboarding activities ensuring terminations and extensions are completed in accordance with program policy and following up with BMS Engagement Managers as needed.
• Collaborating with Finance Manager reviewing monthly invoice using data analytics to compare all invoices and rebates posted in SAP against supporting timesheets in Beeline and identify any differences.
• Collaborating with Performance Manager to monitor service level results for MSP and Suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of services to all BMS Labor Categories.
• Participating and responding to all auditing events and maintain SARBOX controls and requirements are properly in place.
• Assisting in the completion and ongoing updating of Program’s Operations Manual and Governance Process documents.
• Managing the implementation and execution of service delivery processes for expansions including program/project plans, budgets and policy compliance.
• Tracking and monitoring the achievement of program & project goals, financial performance, service delivery, recruiting and retention.
• Ensuring the ongoing positive customer experience and satisfaction.
• Recommending process enhancements and efficiencies to continuously improve customer service while maintaining/reducing the cost of the service.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Business process operations experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Previous background in contingent workforce management solutions, procurement, strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, workforce planning, supply chain management, or managing suppliers of temporary labor a plus.
• Staffing industry experience with an emphasis on operations management with a background in managing large strategic accounts, desirable.
• Experience monitoring processes, systems and resources.
• Strong judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience researching and analyzing data or information.
• Program Management experience - a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven culture
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
