For this assignment, the Hispanic Marketing team at Aquent's client is looking for an exceptional Program Coordinator who is an expert in minority and diverse markets. Strong candidates will be enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on strategic development with an eye for scaling delivery and offerings. The candidate must have experience executing similar programs and will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated organizational and communication skills.

The candidate must be flexible and possess outstanding intuition and decision-making skills. The candidate should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of "scrappiness"(i.e., be a self-starter and get the job done).

2. Develop positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure that the delivery of programs externally are focused and impactful for minority and diverse communities in the US and abroad.
3. Providing top-quality and flawless coordination and seamless delivery of local initiatives and programs
Plan and launch marketing initiatives inclusive to article publishing, conducting surveys for targeted audiences
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other field emphasizing human behavior, research or related program
3+ years project coordination experience
Passion for multicultural outreach
Experience executing on coordination of Hispanic or minority marketing programs
Capacity to be comfortable with ambiguity and keen ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance
Ability to manage various projects seamlessly
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to work well with others globally and support different time-zones in a timely manner
Willingness to drive projects to fruition and work independently, with minimum supervision
High proficiency with Google Calendar, Docs and Gmail.
Strong organizational, written and verbal skills
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
