Our client company, located in Metro Milwaukee, is looking for a Help Desk technician to add to their call center. This is an on-going assignment, with no set end date. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:

This is a 100% call-center job. You will be taking calls from users who are having technical difficulties and solving them over the phone. The majority will be Microsoft related, but there are many other platforms. You will need to learn to use their knowledge base and quickly become proficient with it.

Here is what you need to have:

- Some experience working in a call-center environment.
- Be able to handle 30-40 calls per day.
- Know the right time to escalate the issue.
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
