The Head of Delivery is a critical member of the agency’s senior management team. You will be responsible for revenue growth, profitability and margin across all accounts, so the successful candidate will have extensive agency experience in project management. You will need to have worked on a variety of on and off-line projects including: websites, mobile applications, social networking communities, CMS builds, display advertising and traditional offline medias.

You must being passionate about digital and have strong digital, communication and project management skills. Maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of "next steps" and the "big picture" during meetings, conversations or whenever the parameters of a project change will be key to the role. The individual must have a constant drive for improvement in process and operations and come with experience working in a variety of project management methodologies, specifically: Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban and Prince2.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide oversight of consistent, effective and efficient delivery of all projects within scope and budget whilst ensuring that the work is of the highest quality across all accounts.
-Drive and evolve Client Solutions department. Serve as agency single point of contact for all aspects of project delivery.
-Work with account teams to execute operational strategy, involving clients, vendors and colleagues at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilisation (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, resources).
-Review and approve all budgets and scopes of work using the correct tools (Peoplesoft, Workfront, etc) that accurately reflect the scope of work, but that also consider client expectations and economics.
-Accountable for monitoring and escalating revenue, profitability, utilisation, margin and client satisfaction on all accounts on a weekly basis.
-Maximise client satisfaction through the successful delivery of projects illustrating the value of the agency and its resources.
-Build business partner relationships with senior level clients and client procurement to address scopes of work, financial reconciliations, digital development and agency processes.
-Facilitate workshops and client meetings as required.
-Conduct post project reviews including lessons learned and preparation of any follow-up action recommendations as required.
-Work closely with Finance to review staffing plans and oversee the Traffic Department responsible for resource management of all strategic, creative and technical resources and internal workflow processes and sign-off.
-Drive cross-functional integration and overall effectiveness and efficiency of projects through creative, technical, media, strategy, analytics and new business engagements.
-Skilfully resolve team conflicts.
-Establish and sustain relationships with third party technology vendors for development of digital projects and hosting.
-Inspire, encourage and ensure cross-functional teams consistently deliver the highest quality of work.
-Drive industry trends and current events in new media and delivery, educate internal and client teams, act as a thought leader and develop new ideas within the agency based on learning.
-Drive London office adoption of online resource and project management software, in coordination with they agency's international offices.
-Line manager and mentor to Delivery staff on assigned accounts.
-Responsible for hiring, performance reviews and overall team management.
-Strengthen new business efforts by responding to RFPs and attending pitches to present agency process, project management offering and digital production abilities.
-Manage and evolve agency operations by creating a culture that continuously optimises and improves systems and processes.
