I am looking for a Head of UX to lead a consumer focused design approach in developing innovative and usable digital experiences in wealth management. Our client is an a ward-winning organisation with an inclusive culture and strong team environment. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

A successful Head of UX is a member of the senior management team who is comfortable working with executive stakeholders, senior leaders and across multiple multifunctional agile squads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management - Manage and lead the digital team, develop close relationships with digital suppliers and product partners.
• End to end Information Architecture- Maintain and champion the full information architecture for the entire site of Wealth products and provide guidance to design team members to help them understand the bigger picture.
• Stakeholders’ management - Develop relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, explain design rationales, negotiate with technology teams.
• Resource Distribution – Identify the needs of the programme plans and hire the best talent to fulfil these.
• Workshop facilitation – Superior ability to organise the lead workshops to ensure defined end goals are achieved.
• User Research - Design and lead usability research and user testing through multiple mediums, effectively managing resources to deliver consumer insight and actionable results. From there, they would provide recommendations to product stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years experience creating interfaces, large scale websites and applications.
• Previous mobile, tablet design, development work.
• Demonstrable background in managing key stakeholder relationships to achieve business outcomes.
• Degree in design, architecture or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fully understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to software, web and mobile development.
• Solid writing and visual communication skills.
• Strong project management skills
• History of managing design teams and creative agencies at a big scale
• Deep experience designing service experiences and user interfaces preferably with understanding of transactional platforms.
