Reporting to: Operations Director

Overview:

Manage every aspect of the Creative Function within the business, spanning 3 territories.
Responsible for the Creative Function, organise the Creative team on a daily basis, prepare and Manage creative
budgets and timings and manage creative annual staff development.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Creative freelance booking & relationship management.
2. Staff development & management.
3. Creative work scheduling.
4. Creative budget creation.
5. Departmental monthly financial reporting.
6. Project finance tracking.
7. Assisting in creative recruitment.
8. Assist in planning Project briefings and status meetings.
9. Creative process implementation and adherence

Other Duties:
To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are
consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job. To conduct yourself in a manner that always keeps up
the appearances of the company.

Requirements:
­ 3+ years experience in a similar agency environment
