Head of Marketing: £60-70k
Our client, a well known restaurant chain are looking for a new Head of Marketing to join their existing team.
You will be a brand guardian with proven experience running successful rebrands, evolving initial concepts ideally within a the food and beverage market, ideally restaurants and "food to go" outlets.
The right candidate will come from a retail, hospitality or start-up environment, within food and drink.
You will drive new and repeat restaurant visits through the continued evolution and delivery of the commercial marketing strategy.
Compel customers to visit in key trading periods, such as Christmas, through innovative propositions supported by engaging PR & Social campaigns.
Increase efficiency and effectiveness of promotions, CRM and partnership activity to meet the annual trading plan.
Help step change consumers perception, increasing consideration with new customers and building brand affinity with existing customers.
You will be responsible for:
Defining the new brand
Effectively positioning the new brand
Managing all digital and social channels alongside the website
Managing a team of 4
You must be a generalist marketeer as this role encompasses traditional and digital methods. You will ideally have had experience in high growth markets to be successful.
