Well, let's get straight to the point. This is a communcations agency with a genuinely brilliant culture. Although a brilliant culture is subjective, right? In my opinion they have a great culture and here's my reasons why, and in no particular order. Baring in mind that culture is created by a variety of factors.

Firstly, they work on fun brands. They make these brands fun through the campaigns they create. Whether it be social, digital, PR or activations, they exceed expectations in order to create quality work.

They have a genuine vision and set of company values that they adhere to. As a result, their team is made up of positive, hands-on and enthusiastic people that want to exceed their clients' expectations. They're a close-knit group of around 25 people working mainly on consumer clients. Their flat structure and down-to-earth approach means that everyone benefits from each others' skills and expertise.

So what are they looking for?

You must have around 10 years agency experience, ideally working on FMCG, consumer, home or lifestyle clients. Extensive experience working on digital and social are vital, whilst experience with brand activations would also be on point. Since you will be managing around 5-10 people, you must have previously looked after a team.

Strategy, strategy, strategy. The big buzz word floating about the town! Highly relevant here too. They would like to hear of your strategic approaches; how you have implemented strategy in the past; how you want to utilise strategy moving forwards.
