Many traditional recruiter roles are all about matching a resume to a job description. We’re different. We believe in matching wonderful human beings with other wonderful human beings and have over solid 25 years in the Creative staffing arena to show for it. We need someone to help our agents respond EVEN faster to the hot UX needs of our clients. (this could also be you)

Vitamin T is the newest division of Aquent, the world’s largest creative talent agency. We’re looking for someone who LOVES the world of User Experience and really appreciates how UX is paving the way for the interactive experience of the future.

Do you get giddy when you hear about the someone says “Usability Testing”? Are you constantly on the lookout to for the single best online user experience? Have you ever filled out a “Contact Us” form to tell a company how they could make YOUR experience on their site BETTER? Then why not work at a job that let’s you talk to the people who are making UX the hottest thing since sliced bread?

Here’s what you’d be doing:

• Build and maintain strong network of place-able “A-List” Creative Talent by identifying great talent and asking for great referrals
• Engage with and support our internal teams across North America to help them match awesome UX talent with awesome work
• Respond with remarkable speed and quality to incoming client requests
• Find MORE work for talented UX folks by sharing jobs you find online and through referrals with our internal staff
• Champion Talent by actively marketing them to internal staff partners to keep them working, satisfied and loyal
• Actively participate and network with professionals within the community to stay on top of industry trends and share relevant content
• Coach internal staff partners to improve subject matter expertise, which could include direct client contact to build credibility and/or uncovering key information that helps find more work for our talent
