Serves as part of a global production servicing organization, providing consultative support and workflow management for multimedia marketing and communications solutions for internal and external clients in a timely manner with the highest level of quality and brand awareness. Consults and collaborates with internal partners and key business stakeholders in order to share best practices and deliver optimal production solutions. Is a key contributor in identifying new and improved work efficiencies within the work and team environment.

• Expertise in HTML4, CSS2, and Javascript
• Familiarity with ePub creation using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Edge and the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite.
• Familiarity with latest web standards and tools, including, but not limited to, validation tools, cross-browser testing environments, HTML e-mail limitations, responsive and adaptive web design techniques, and specs for various devices, including smartphone, tablet and traditional desktop systems
• Ability to utilize content management systems and navigate unfamiliar software systems
• Ability to influence senior-level decision-makers on multimedia deliverable solutions
• Ability to effectively coach and develop associates across various roles without direct supervisory oversight.
• Ability to back-up Supervisor in his/her absence which includes workflow management, negotiation with internal clients, and representation at meetings.
• Proven ability to provide project management and quality control for deliverables for self and team

35% -- Effectively applies extensive interactive multimedia and graphic design industry knowledge and experience to consult with business partners on complex web-based and interactive projects such as HTML e-mail campaigns, microsites with JavaScript elements or interactive iPad project. Maintains brand standards, by utilizing a variety of software products.

15% -- Manages the production and technical accuracy of Marketing Services digital documents and projects, including projects worked on by other team members. Reviews projects at intake into department and influences client on content, layout, deliverable type and deadlines based on subject matter expertise. Responsible for launching and distribution of emails.

10% -- Consults with senior level business partners on projects and is able to independently meet customer deadlines while being accountable for quality. Leads or attends internal business partner meetings/kickoffs and provides expertise, guidance and instruction for high-profile strategy-based projects. Continually works with internal business partners to gain in-depth knowledge of the business units’ direction in order to proactively plan for support.

15% -- Assists team supervisor in assigning work for self and other team members, aligning resources based on skill and availability. Identifies opportunities for other team members to assist with task management responsibilities when appropriate and when in alignment with career progression. Identifies areas of additional improvement or training for team members and discusses team trends with colleagues and Marketing Services supervisors. Assists other associates in improving products and processes.

15% -- Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing coaching and developing for less experienced team members. Serves as a back-up to the supervisor, representing Marketing Services in cross-departmental initiatives and amongst other leaders across business channels. Collaborates with Marketing Services supervisors and leads peers in developing processes to support new deliverables. Evaluates current processes and makes suggestions for improvement based on changes in technology or environment. Leads team members in researching, testing, and recommending alternative production solutions to help meet business needs, including proactively following up on all action items.

10% -- Trains and/or educates new and existing business partners, peers, and freelance consultants. Takes advantage of internal team coaching opportunities. Participates in self-development by consistently up-skilling based on ever changing technology and needs of the business and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years pertinent professional experience
• Proven ability to effectively coach and develop others across various roles without direct supervisor oversight.
