HR Representative

Fortune 500 luxury retailer is seeking a diplomatic and enthusiastic HR Representative. This is a 3mo. contract! This individual will provide outstanding service to associates by building strong, collaborative relationships. This is a hands-on, solution oriented role. This role will also act as a project coordinator for corporate recognition programs and other HR projects.

What you will be doing:
Provide basic HR support to the client groups.
This includes answering HR related questions related to benefits, policies and procedures, leave of absences, etc.
Act as the primary liaison between associates and other HR functions in order to provide high level service to the client groups.
Responsible to ensure accurate and timely processing of associate status changes and other necessary documents and actions as part of an associate's lifecycle.
Ensure successful on-boarding our new associates. This also includes regularly facilitating Corporate New Hire Orientation as well as conducting on-boarding sessions for the new hires to ensure a successful integration.
Provide support for our corporate programs, including our recognition programs. Responsibilities include managing the recognition program calendar, tracking and organizing nominations, and coordination of communication.
Participate in other HR Projects, to include Performance Management, Succession Planning, Internship program, and various training programs.
Execute HR Operations by tracking and updating HR metric reporting, organization charts, associate actions and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business and/or Human Resources
One to two years experience in human resources strongly preferred
Possess proficient technical abilities, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HRIS
