Description: 
One of our Fortune 500 Companies specializing in luxury home goods is looking for a temporary HR Associate to support their outstanding People Operations Team! Please take a look at the description below:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation 
  • Communicates with leadership regarding employee paperwork 
  • Ensures compliance with new hire paperwork and terminations 
  • Manages unemployment claims and verifications of employment with outside vendor 
  • Maintains employee files ad upload missing files 
  • Full Personnel file audit 
  • I9 form review for completeness and accuracy 
  • Meal Waiver audit 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excel proficiency 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent data entry skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels and departments 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency 
  • Excellent customer service and follow-through 
  • Must handle sensitive information with the strictest of confidentiality 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment 
  • Ability to work independently
