Job description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. As the growth marketing lead, you will work directly with the sales and marketing teams to grow their lead pipeline. This is a very hands-on role and perfect for someone who wants join a fast growing industry and have direct impact on company goals.

The ideal candidate will come with a deep understanding of end-to-end demand generation strategies and a proven track record in building, executing, and delivering high impact ROI-driven lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition.

Create, manage and execute lead generation programs in partnership with marketing and sales teams to drive online traffic, conversion and accelerate usage.
Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs to provide transparency for and create alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
Drive the marketing and sales funnel through organic and inorganic demand gen strategies: create and qualify leads through multiple lead-generation initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and other online marketing initiatives.
Manage optimization of website- rigorously analyzing user funnel and working with design team to drive conversions.
Use analytics, customer data, and lead scoring to identify high growth customer segments.
Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements:
3-5 years experience in a high-tech B2B lead/demand generation role; SaaS experience a bonus.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated online marketing campaigns using tactics that include SEO, SEM, email, webinars, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation tools.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously.
