Group Program Manager, Marketing [Mat Leave Coverage]

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing end-to-end execution of our Community Rebranding, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation. Integrates and executes 360 programs, from traditional print media to digital development. Clearly and actively communicates program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Orchestrates execution of the launch of BI Rebranding and Community, managing and integrating across all channels: print, direct mail, retail and in-store marketing/collateral, media and digital.
o Heavy upfront creative concepting and strategy planning needed
o Digital experience especially important as position oversees all digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms and working closely with IT development on sprint executions
o Serves as program expert with an in-depth knowledge of program channels/components: media, usage, delivery formats, etc
• Develop and manage one comprehensive schedule and sets/leads interim milestone meetings across all channels/teams, ensuring integration of retail and digital touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
• Fosters partnerships with Loyalty Marketing, Visual, Editorial, Digital, PDM/IT, and Marketing teams. Clearly & actively communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Partners upstream w/ strategic partners in Loyalty & Digital Marketing to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief
• Coordinates and manages external partnerships including agencies, vendors, production companies, etc.
• Supervises/manages day-to-day tasks of program execution:
o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
o Manages creative review cycles
o Identifies all photo shoot needs across channels; partners with Creative team and Content Production for photo shoot execution or other asset needs
o Routes/reviews all US mechanical files prior to release; secures translations for CDA French versions
o Work as a liason between creative and development
• Champions process and holistic program overview; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing and digital marketing teams
• Tracks programs to budget; has a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget
* Manage and mentor other Program Managers and Associate Program Managers as direct reports across various programs including 360 programs, fast track digital only, and sampling

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years experience in program/account/marketing management
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Agency or retail experience preferred
• Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and organizational agility to leverage partnerships
across the organization to get work done
• Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate solutions/ideas
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
