Group Account Supervisor

The Group Account Supervisor role is the brand champion for our clients. In this role, the GAS is hands-on, minimally supervised, and the strategic lead on multiple accounts. As an agency, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our clients, and the GAS is expected to maintain and build positive, lasting client relationships which will, in turn, grow the business organically. Ensuring high-quality agency output, the GAS strategically influences brand growth by way of deep category knowledge, solid relationships, and a passion for the healthcare industry.


  • Develop meaningful and productive client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations and creative deliverables are met
  • Work closely with client team to create and drive projects and effectively collaborate with internal teams in the development and presentation of strategic and creative work
  • Manage day-to-day client needs, supporting with client expectations
  • Share client feedback to ensure that internal team is fully aligned


  • Ensure brand messaging is driven through the creation and execution of strategic programs
  • Understand the brand and its competition to determine marketplace opportunities and convey forward-thinking, strategically relevant ideas
  • Proactively seek out and recognize brand/industry/marketing trends and potential brand influences and turn into recommendations to present to broader internal and client teams



  • BA degree + 8 years’ work experience in healthcare marketing environment (medical device experience is a plus)
  • Master at tactical planning and implementation, including day-to-day management of timelines from start through release of each tactic
  • Creation and ownership of tactical briefs and estimates
  • Proactively address potential project pitfalls before they happen
  • Frequently supply creative ideas to become a trusted and strategic partner for your clients
  • Develop communication objectives & strategies (e.g. marketing/ brand platform briefs) with the client’s best interests and vision in mind
  • Addresses strategic marketing issues and propose viable solutions
  • Build and sustain trust and credibility with internal teams
  • Establish and maintain effective client relationships to gain trust and respect
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present new and unique perspective/ideas
  • Possession of confidence-inspiring presentation skills
  • Capacity to manage group processes and have the agility to adjust the approach when something isn't working
  • Broad knowledge and perspective to recommend competitive ideas, strategies, and plans
  • Aptitude for looking beyond the obvious and probe further to solve business problems
  • Ability to travel to local (NJ) clients
