Who

A quality-driven multi-disciplinary design consultancy, focused on collaboration and passion to create influential brands. They’re internationally renowned and are multi-award winning. Their aim, through a holistic approach that utilizes an array of skills, is to build influential and memorable brands.

The focus of their work involves strategy, creative and identity creation, environmental design, brand identity and art direction, place making, wayfinding and brand environments, brand engagement and activation.

They work within an array of clients across retail, fashion, leisure and corporate.


What

They’re looking for a Group Account Director to come on board look after a team of Account Managers, working closely with BD, the GM and Strategy Director. The position will be heavily revolved around leadership, strategy, client services/account management, new business development and financial management. These areas will consist of: mentoring junior members of the team, creating strategy through research and idea generation, overseeing existing relationships with clients and driving organic by identifying new business, as well as advising around budgets.

Am I right?

Experience working in a design consultancy would be ideal, across a diverse sector of clients and disciplines. You must be able to evidence your strategic capabilities and financial understandings. The ideal talent will be a great leader, with the capacity to flourish not only their own skill-set but those more junior members of the team too. Experience working on the aforementioned focuses of work. A strong background of business development within current and new clients.
