This position requires travel to Florida for a few days in mid- September.
Our agency client is searching for an experienced Graphic Project Manager who will join their team for a 2-3 month assignment (possible extension).
The PM is the overall lead for all things graphics and the owner of the graphic portion of the overall event’s budget. The PM owns the graphic matrix, keeps track of pricing, and helps communicate key dates to the Creative and Operations teams This person is well versed in graphic production with several years in the industry, and able to manage and communicate a budget from the planning process through to post event. They work closely with the Lead Production Designer to populate the graphic matrix and help define the graphic type, size, substrate, and other pertinent information.
The Project Manager helps traffic the layouts from Creative team, through production and delivery, all the way to install. They constantly update the status of each graphic and pull reports to help manage workloads as needed. They manage the content from the client to the Design teams and traffic the communication of approvals and/or edits back to the team. The Graphic Project Manager and Lead Production Designer works with the Creative team to identify the scope of work and provide an estimate based on an evolving list of deliverables.
They are looking for a team player who can remain calm amongst the chaos. The perfect PM has a creative spirit, and is super organized, someone who can multitask well.
