Graphics Coordinator

AQUENT is seeking for a Graphics Coordinator to assist the Interactive Department in a variety of functions including web content management, graphic design management, data entry, and data entry verification and validation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts in a Web Content Management System (WCMS)
* Assists in updating corporate graphic materials, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
* Heavy work in Excel
* Data entry and verification in proprietary databases
* Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives
* Provide support to other team members as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
* Four year college degree or relative work experience
* 1-3 years experience within the digital marketing industry
* HTML experience
* Proficiency In Microsoft Office
* Entry level proficiency in database management
* Adobe graphic design suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign (entry level)

Requirements and General Skills:
* Good public speaking and presentation skills
* Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
* Ability to project a professional image over the phone and in person
* Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
* Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:
* Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
