Our client, a start-up agency, within a large healthcare company is seeking a strong Graphic/Interactive Designer to work on-site during their busy period: now and for the next 3-6 months. Design and lay out communications that position and consistently represent the client’s brand and the value of its products and services. In this role, Designers partner with the Traffic Manager and Art Directors to support the Account Team and their client requests. Each day the Designer will be challenged to produce the best ideas and visuals for each project they touch, no matter the size. This role is best suited to Designers who look for ways to bring fresh thinking and new ideas to existing and established standards.

Daily Responsibilities
-Show all work in progress to Creative Director and partner to refine as needed.
-Partner with Traffic Manager to make sure that deliverables are meeting expectations.
-Deliver requested design/layout needs for projects including: corporate collateral, presentations, e-cards, advertising, microsites etc.
-Review all work in process to ensure it is error-free before submitting it back to the Traffic Manager.
-Follow all naming and filing convention requirements for shared design server.
-Final review of layout for all design projects, ensuring an error-free, brand-compliant layout.
-Collection of files for final output on Mac server following established collection procedures.
-Meet established and agreed-to deadlines for all projects.
-Coordinate with Traffic Manager to provide design specifications for production execution and delivery.
-Ensure timely filing of all project information at close of project, allowing for easy access to information for next project.
-Build and maintain good working relationships.
-Keep team visibility and perception high by always being a supportive team member.
