Our client is an in-house integrated digital studio that specializes in creating assets for weekly publishing. They are seeking a Designer to join the Creative and Production team where they produce art assets for deployment in 19 countries. This role will work with project management leads and cross-functional departments to deliver a variety of jobs related to art assets for games, video, and other store goods and services. Duties may include finding new efficiencies to our processes, creation and maintenance of all art guidelines, creation of on-going campaigns, promotions, in accordance with the department’s objectives. The Designer will work closely with management to nurture relationships with artists, and to guide projects through planning, design, and production to ensure accurate delivery based on the creative brief. 

Responsibilities: 
• Actively participate in the creation of assets for weekly publishes, including the creation of weekly assets, campaigns, promotional images, guidelines, and any other requested creative. 
• Monitor requests from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery. 
• Follow design standards, and participate in the evolution of these standards to meet dynamic business needs. 
• Follow process rules and deadlines for creative assets as they move through the production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of assets to Content Operations teams. 
• Together with the Sr. Manager & Client Relations team, work with cross-functional groups, including but not limited to Store team, Third Party Relations, Product Marketing.
• Assist the Sr. Manager, in ensuring the quality of all work being created before being presented or distributed to internal or external partners. 
• Introduce new ideas to the group that will create more efficiency or higher quality work. 
• Collaborate with team members to help push quality of work higher. 

Duties will include: 
• Create designs, artwork and copy layouts for a variety of materials across multiple mediums. 
• Implement brand guidelines with visuals that could go across digital, video, and print. 
• Work on large and small scale projects, long term and short term. 
• Creatively lead our growing workload on a range of projects which may include: 
• Layouts for branded materials in promotions, advertisements, packaging, and a variety of other media formats. Creative design work for posters, retail displays, and live events, licensing brochures, point of purchase stands, packaging, informative and instructional material, custom email and web layouts among other projects. 
• At least 50% of work requirements will be production type tasks. This may include laying out dyelines, formatting art to specifications, retouching photos, managing the printing of brochures and booklets, photo illustration, scanning, logging, and organizing assets, among other tasks.
