Graphic Designer/Art Director

You will be a responsible for establishing conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns,
working in conjunction with the design team, Design Director, Creative Director and Project Coordinators on all design
solutions, including, but not limited to, branding & identity, print collateral, infographics, environmental graphics,
front-end interactive design.

MUST HAVE: Branding experience, clean design and portfolio


• Offer campaign style thinking, from conception of brand design to how this can be pushed through all outlets including
print, ads, website, iPad apps, environmental graphics and more.

• Have strong leadership, team and mentoring skills. Ability to lead larger campaign projects.- Would manage 2 designers in house

• Strong communication skills with both internal employees and with the client. You are a people person!

• Strong presentation skills, being able to sell ideas to the client and answer their questions appropriately.

• Strong participation in brainstorms / ability to lead brainstorms.

• Keep Design Director, Design Lead and Project Coordinator up-to-date on projects and schedule
internal reviews accordingly.

• Strong production skills. Ability to review own work for errors / inconsistencies, learning quickly from mistakes.

• Work well under pressure, with tight deadlines while keeping a positive attitude and helping with the overall moral
of the team.
