Graphic Designer/ Technical Documentation

Our Fortune 500 Pharma client is looking for a graphic designer to provide engineering support, assist in R&D pipeline projects, and can adhere to global labeling guidelines. e.g., EC addresses, icons, reformatting, etc. The individual will be required to support essential engineering by providing graphic design for initial design concepts through prototyping and production release. Ability to interface with foreign affiliates to collect and assemble layout material needed to maintain and create Multilingual Directions for use.

This position will also support Manufacturing Technical Operations (MTO) through incorporation and check of approved ECN documentations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for the design and modification of artwork related to the medical field
-Provide technical documentation that conforms to company standards and Global Drafting Manual requirements.
-Incorporate engineering input into new and existing designs and documents.
-Prepare concepts for marketing presentations.
-Provide web design for company intranet and Windchill.
-Perform graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to process labeling, page layout, and DFU work requests and ECNs.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Minimum 3 years experience with Adobe Illustrator including Photoshop, Flash, and In-Design page layout.
- Individual must have strong computer skills such as scanning, exporting, and packaging files for vendor.
-Individual must have a solid knowledge of Windows, and Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and Access) and be able to work on both Mac and PC platforms.
