Graphic Designer (Print/Web/Email)

As a Designer, you will create compelling creative for the loyalty program. With deep experience in graphic design disciplines, layout, color, typography you will execute value-focused/promotional omni-channel campaigns. Project focus includes, but is not limited to, developing brand styles and dynamic direct mail and email campaigns. You will partner with digital team to align the campaign work across channels.

The Designer will be responsible for ensuring that creative projects meet their business objectives, deliverable dates, that creative is on-brand, style guidelines are adhered to and overall creative quality is met. The ability to work collaboratively with enthusiasm and teamwork is important.

This position requires innovative thinking, knowledge of the business needs, design leadership and the ability to communicate and influence design decisions through the direction of creative team members and business partners. Individual must be self-motivated, self-managed and have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Concepts, content development and implementation of integrated campaigns with complex versioning test models and dynamic content which can include print collateral, direct mail, email
• Project management and tracking
• Collaborating with creative, copy, account service, digital and business teams
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external and internal partners

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• 3-7 plus years online retail experience creating visual integrated campaigns
• Deep understanding and experience in graphic design disciplines including layout, color and typography, template systems, print production
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of email best practices, device-responsive design; front-end code such as HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery a plus but not required
• Ability to multi task & respond quickly and positively to changing business demands
• Excellent team player – ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

ABILITIES REQUIRED
Independent reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communications skills, visual acuity at arm's length, the ability to support oneself in an erect position, standing or sitting. An ability to express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. The capacity to perform sedentary physical work using repetitive motions. An ability to hear with a low level of background noise. Specialized proficiency with minimal supervision. Leadership and supervision skills, capable of performing scheduling, control and planning and influencing skills. Requires an ability to deal with people, work precisely and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
