B) Business cards
C) Landing page
D) Stationary design (word, ppt)

The clients will want to have a conversation to gauge hours estimate for project/scope of work.

As mentioned above, stylistically speaking, for the overall brand identity, they are looking for a crisp and simple, yet sophisticated and modern look. Given that they are in the business of real estate and their current projects are all architecturally styled high-end modern homes, they would like to maintain that same look and feel.

They will provide the exact language and specific information for the landing page once they are at the stage of development, and eventually, they will add to develop a fully-functional website.

Benchmark Websites: → simple, elegant, modern, vibrant, impactful, to-the-point—evokes high-end quality and professionalism → dark colors that work well to get your attention; simple landing page → clean-cut, simple landing page with few words but gets your attention and leaves you wanting to see/discover more → simple, to-the-point → simple, to-the-point
