Graphic Designer (PT/20hrs)

The Graphic Designer, Programs/Campaigns, is responsible for developing the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging of marketing projects. The successful candidate collaborates with project managers and teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects. The graphic designer diagnoses customer needs, and manages relationships as needed with external sources relating to design issues. This position requires knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop creative design for marketing materials, trade show graphics, interactive programs, direct mail, newsletters, e-mail templates and other materials
Project management and advice/counsel to stakeholders
Provide graphical support for company website and other web properties following Corporate brand standards
Provide presentation support using PowerPoint and other tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with Campaigns/Programs team and External and Internal Communications team to evaluate, prioritize and process requests
• Develop creative design for marketing materials, trade show graphics, interactive programs, direct mail, newsletters and other materials for MTS marketing
• Maintain brand compliance for projects
• Provide graphical support for web properties as needed
• Provide Powerpoint support as needed
• As requested, evaluate and make recommendations on marketing communications tools and automation


MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Training:
4-year degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience

Business Experience:
5+ years graphic design or related experience
