Graphic Designer I

Our client's marketing team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed junior visual designer to create pixel perfect advertising experiences across print and digital platforms.

Your primary focus will be to produce visually compelling and effective advertising creative for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing team to version out graphics for new campaigns and school launches. Prior experience in an agency or media environment creating advertisements for global brands is a plus.

Design beautiful and engaging advertising creative for the company Campus locations
Understand usability principles that help drive successful design
Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
Produce high quality print-ready files for a wide range of placements
Quickly develop iterations of existing ads for new placements with revised dimensions, copy and/or imagery
Continually refine production workflow to raise the bar, increase efficiency and ensure precise and timely delivery of assets and mechanicals

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a production or visual designer, preferably within an agency environment
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design skills, technical precision, and innovative interactive work
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
Exceptional communication, collaboration and attention to detail
Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in design or equivalent professional experience
Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong design vocabulary to help communicate with both designers and business stakeholders
Print production experience

We are preparing to support new location launches, as well as Back to School across multiple locations.

We will have a portfolio review and in-person interviews with 2-3 team members

To operate most effectively, the Designer should plan on a fairly standard business schedule, working out of our South Lake Union office.
