A fun, and creative company that develops collaborative software tools aimed at facilitating effective work communication and collaboration is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team!

The Designer will be responsible for establishing and consistently delivering upon a brand vision that differentiates and propels our business forward. As the Designer, you will deliver campaigns needed to run and grow our business across a variety of channels, with primary focus on digital, including website, mobile, email, social media assets and more. You will be able to work with additional internal and external partners to bring our brand to life in a way that drives awareness, preference, and motivates signup as a paid user. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, user experience and merchandising to accomplish aggressive goals that will have a broad impact on the organization for years to come. Responsibilities:
- Oversight and execution of all visual assets needed to run and grow our business, including emails, web pages,landing pages, onsite banners, display ads, social media campaigns, print ads, mobile ads, video ads, package inserts, product and model photo shoots and more
- Develop work consistent with brand guidelines and standards for all visual communications (internal and external)
- Create and streamline creative processes
- Be a brand champion, educating and helping everyone in the organization act in ways that are consistent with and true to our branding and company values
- Plan and manage weekly and long-term project timelines
- Work with the team to develop, improve and document workflow processes to ensure growing body of work can be effectively managed and delivered on time (e.g. briefs, timelines, prioritization and review process for creative work)
- Innovate – there is lots we have yet to try, so help us understand what’s possible and why we should test it
- Maintain ongoing expertise on advertising/website/design trends and advances

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Have 3-5 years of experience creating designs that not only look great, but differentiate and sell
- Are able to translate designs & ensure seamless on-brand look across all platforms (web, tablet, mobile, apps)
- Have expertise with design software/tools (Adobe CS, InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.)
- Boast a strong portfolio that demonstrates success in working within brand guidelines and driving direct response
- Have knowledge of working within the nuances of designing for digital platforms (e.g., mobile, retina displays, etc.), including best practices
- Have UI experience as it pertains to overall page hierarchy as well as ecommerce best practices
- At every stage from ideation, brainstorming and concepting, to storyboarding, presenting and executing, you can articulate, rationalize and defend, yet are open-minded and take feedback well
- Work well across a wide spectrum of tasks, from the strategic to the tactical and administrative
- Have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; effective, persuasive, motivating
- Find a way to get it all done, without making sacrifices, even when the requests pile up.
- Have a keen eye with superb attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Are a true team player, eager to take initiative and jump in and help any campaign.
