The Graphic Designer position is a critical role within the Creative Services team that supports all major products and initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services, their primary role involves a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to, the graphic creation and iteration of print and digital marketing assets. This role will support both digital production (banners and online promotions) as well as print production (marketing materials and packaging). This is a production-heavy position that requires a strong designer’s eye, ability to collaborate and multi-task, and a proven track record of delivering projects on brand and schedule.


  • Collaborate with Creative Services Leads and Brand Team on production and design to maintain and manage the visual direction, brand identity, and production quality of each project.
  • Develop creative ideas, roughs, mock-ups, and final design/mechanicals on assigned marketing materials for digital, print, and packaging campaigns, while maintaining Corporate and Brand standards.
  • Responsible for design and production of a high-volume of assets for print and online campaigns. Also responsible for design production for a high volume of template-heavy packaging assets, adhering to Corporate and Brand standards while keeping track and meeting set deadlines.
  • Aid in coordinating and gathering of content and key assets from multiple stakeholders to complete projects.
  • Assume responsibility for accuracy of final project delivery (i.e. Files are built from most up-to-date final assets, proof-reading, and the files are print-ready.)
  • Provides basic design and production support to Creative Services team, as schedule allows.
  • Responsible for follow-through on all projects from inception to completion, including archival.
