Job description:
We are seeking a highly-motivated and creative individual to join our client's Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer. We're looking for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience in 75% graphic design and 25% marketing. A successful applicant will interface between the various departments in order to develop new marketing materials/collaterals (print and digital) while also organizing disbursement among various marketing channels, analyzing campaign success, and identifying areas of refinement for the purpose of increasing brand awareness, sales, and market share.

Responsibilities:
Continuously develop imaginative, interesting, and accurate marketing collaterals/materials through coordination with Scientists, Product Managers, and Marketing Liaisons.
Design and create emails, videos, print collaterals, and advertisements according to marketing team’s strategic plan and schedule.
Engage in lead generation efforts and maintain a lead database by identifying and implementing lead generation strategies. Interact with Customer Service and Tech Support Departments to maintain and measure lead generation abilities.
Generate statistical reports on campaign performance and maintain a campaign archive utilizing marketing and customer systems. Provide input in regards to future campaign directions.
Organize and maintain specific customer-relations programs. Provide input in regards to marketing team’s presence at conventions, annual meetings, and trade associations.
Assist in the organization and implementation of international marketing campaigns through coordination with our world-wide distribution network and liaisons.
Interface with the Manufacturing Department for the coordination of product beta-testing and release according to marketing plan.
Interface with the Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Technical Support departments for general product training and experience.
Other duties as defined by the needs of the Marketing Department.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience with InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
