Graphic Designer

Our client, an ecommerce company, is searching for a Graphic Designer. The role is onsite, 40/hrs a week, in Concord, MA. Responsible for conceptualizing and executing a variety production deliverables including catalogues, collateral, packaging labels, and other print and digital communications. Flexible hours, in-house position, potential for full time employment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- develop strategic design solutions with high visual impact to support a variety of products, programs and campaigns including: emails, digital newsletters, photography, catalogues, signage, printed communications, and packaging labels
-Create and maintain designs that function within an established visual identity system.
-Manage assigned projects and deliver all on time with high level of accuracy.


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
-Expert knowledge of designing for print and digital media
-Strong strategic, conceptual and communication skills.
-Demonstrated success with the generation of original designs and implementation of final production files across a range of deliverables.
-Thorough knowledge of printing techniques, standards and practices
-Understanding and respect for brand identity systems and guidelines.
-In-depth knowledge of typography, layout, composition and color theory.
-Ability to accept and execute direction as well as collaborate closely with other members of the creative team.
-Must be self-disciplined, exceptional attention to detail, have strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Solid understanding of HTML and CSS a plus.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and 3-5+ years of relevant work experience with an in-house creative team or agency/design studio environment.
