Graphic Designer

The temporary graphic designer will be responsible for supporting and helping to drive content, campaign, and collateral development. Ensure the integrity of each piece of content created follows branding guidelines.

The graphic designer will be instrumental in co-producing a variety of deliverables including sales presentations, case studies, white papers, brochures, posters, infographics, web graphics, tradeshow signage, email headers and supporting imagery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with outstanding design skills and a minimum of five years’ experience supporting marketing and communications initiatives across multiple print and digital design platforms. Experience in interpreting complex, technical information, and communicating it simply and visually (with help from copywriting) is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Go-to resource and in-house expert for graphical support of content, campaign and collateral development
• Play a large part in the look and feel of global websites and Intranet. Work closely with Web Design Architect to drive consistent messaging and multimedia across platforms
• Will play a key role in enabling the sales team with tools to influence customer satisfaction and loyalty, while driving cross-sell, upsell and new business
• Work on a series of e-learning modules to educate and train new hires on integral parts of the business
• Support global social media strategy with imagery and multimedia as requested
• Assist with newsreel and whiteboard animation video design and production
• Work with and mentor graphic design intern

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related area
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience. Experience working with a global organization is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver – Premiere Pro and After Effects skills a plus).
•  Multimedia experience is a big plus (photography, video editing, motion graphics, post-processing, audio, web design and app development).
• Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills are required to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong copyrighting and proofreading skills are preferred, with great attention to detail

Additional Information:
• Work requires you to be onsite
•  40 hours per week with some flexibility to work overtime as needed
•  Duration of job is anticipated to be 2-3 months
