Vitamin T is currently in search of a Graphic Designer for our client in Metro Detroit. This is a contract to hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

We’re is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong print, web and multi-media background. Projects include web page design, interactive files, print ads, corporate identity, product demos, PowerPoint presentations and trade show event graphics. He or she must be a team player who can easily adapt and work well in fast-paced situations.



How You'll Stand Out:

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in design-related role is required, preferably with a focus on corporate identity design or business-to-business marketing design. In-house or agency creative experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in developing creative campaigns for business-to-business and/or technology marketing, including production for web sites, email marketing, social media, presentations, online and print collateral, and brand development, is strongly preferred.

Must have a highly focused design sensibility combined with an understanding of current design trends and best practices and how they play into designing critical creative elements to build brand.

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, plus have a strong work ethic and takes initiative. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and extremely self-motivated and innovative.

Must maintain a high degree of flexibility and work effectively in a largely team-based, collaborative culture, where open communication and idea generation from all levels are encouraged.

Creates consistent marketing materials within the brand identity. Demonstrates the creative, innovative thinking needed to generate differentiate designs that set the company apart in the marketplace.

Cultivates relationship with marketing programs managers to gain general knowledge of the solutions and audiences we serve.

Collaborates in creative sessions for idea generation and problem-solving. Listens carefully and asks pertinent questions to understand the projects objectives, as well as effectively share and receive feedback.

Communicates clearly and regularly with managers and teammates to share in the workload equally.
