Our client is seeking a talented designer to add to their Brand + Creative Team. This candidate must be able to deliver concepts and graphics alongside writers, developers and producers on event creative, digital banner ads, email marketing, and web. Must possess the ability, motivation and desire to elevate and deliver creative that challenges current perceptions in the market. There’s opportunity to be part of the ideation process for bigger creative initiatives.

The candidate should be able to create clear and compelling graphics that support the many brands of the company. This candidate should be able to follow guidelines and directions well and are self-motivated enough to throw new ideas into the mix. The designer will report to a senior designer and must be able to take direction well and present rationale for all work.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, design and provide assets for website, web banners, email campaigns, events, newsletters, landing pages, infographics, PowerPoint presentations etc.
• Collaborate in the development of new project concepts and campaigns across all products and platforms.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the brand's visual identity.
• Ensure adherence to existing brand guidelines and design within the brand identity.
• Conceptual / thematic / design development and execution of company tentpole events that furthers our reputation of best in class events in the industry. (eg Newfront, Cannes, Advtg Week, CES etc)
• Design marketing materials, often in support to sales that promote products & services across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
• Self-starter with a minimum of 3 years experience in graphic/web design.
• A strong professional portfolio showcasing superior print/web design.
• Understands limitations and fundamentals of web and print.
• Extreme attention to detail - every pixel counts!
• Passion, energy and motivation to help the company win in a very competitive and dynamic landscape.
• Expert proficiency in CS6, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Motion and coding skills are a plus.
• Excellent people skills to collaborate with colleagues, partners, customers, external partners and cross-functional team.
• Have good presentation, listening and communication skills.
• Agency, brand or publisher side experience with understanding of media & ad tech landscapes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment & always-evolving industry.
• High energy, organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
