Graphic Designer

The graphic designer within this business has the ability to be creative across print and digital platforms. Ultimately responsible for developing and managing creative content associated with campaigns, from concept to completion.

This is a broad and varied position incorporating: Corporate Branding , Graphic Design, Video Production and Editing, Social Media Management and Strategy and Print Management. This is a permanent, full time position based in covetable offices in Central Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Point of contact for the implementation of graphic and design strategy.

• Ensure external and internal branding / marketing messages are consistent across all areas of the business.

• Production of digital content, brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, online elements, expo materials, print and online advertising etc.

• Developing creative content for campaigns and projects. Including graphic design across print, web, and multimedia.

• Management and input into Social Media strategies

• Work with external design and print companies with production of marketing materials.

• Provide media materials to help assist with seminars and exhibitions.

• Provide assistance to executive team on report formatting and design.

• Maintain the brand manual to ensure updates to brand are recorded and adhered to.

• Management of stationary printing (letterheads, envelopes etc)


Areas of expertise required:

• Experience in digital graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), from logo development, newsletter formatting, banner advertising to web

• Experience designing for print collateral

• Experience in print management and dealing with external print companies.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.

• Analysis skills to not only present but also summarise the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative strategy. Coming up with great ideas and designing creative content that makes a statement and has an impact.
