Our client has an on-going need for a graphic designer! The work will be project based and can be done off-site, but it'd be great if you were able to pop into their office once in a while. They're in Cambridge and their office is a 5 minute walk from the Davis Square T stop. You'll be working directly with the Head of Design and the Marketing Content Manager.

The first project is going to be a presentation deck to be used for Slideshare only. They don't need someone who's a formal presentation designer, just someone who's comfortable designing for that medium.

Description for their ongoing need:

The role
● Work with Design Director and Marketing Content Manager to create graphic design content for web, online, social, and collateral use.
● Design marketing materials, icons, eBooks, landing pages, graphics for the blog, etc.
● Create compelling assets that are both on-brand and meet marketing objectives

You should have:
● Good understanding of how digital products work.
● Ability to create clean, clutter-free, visually consistent designs.
● Appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes.
● Ability to effectively communicate visually, verbally, and in writing.
● Passion for outstanding, innovative and elegant designs.
● Passion to understand how users engage with products.
● Pixel-perfect artistic sense.
● Portfolio to show off your work.

Skills + Experience
· Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
● Experience designing for print and web (booklets, banners, graphics, icons, landing pages, email templates.)
● Nice to have - experience with modern CSS & HTML
