If a client has a problem and a solution doesn’t currently exist, they will work to create it and add value to that client’s business. The offering is an end-to-end marketing technology solution that begins with data and ends in activation. There are several key players within each discipline that steward this process. Job Overview:
Looking for a designer to join the creative team. Your goal is to bring their brand to life by designing their comprehensive suite of marketing materials: product sell-sheets, product user guides, custom illustrations, custom reports, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, posters, promotional materials, etc. You will be collaborating with their product owners, experience designers and C-suite and tasked with conception, design and execution/printing of all projects. In addition, you will be in charge of ensuring brand consistency across all projects.

Responsibilities Include:
• Create designs using PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe CS6: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (this is a very hands-on role)
• Understand best practices for file preparation for printing
• Help develop and maintain the company-wide style guide
• Conduct proof and press checks, when needed
• Maintain our stock imagery library and adhere to all licensing agreements
• Collaboration with co-workers on a project-by-project basis
• Work well under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:
• Comprehensive portfolio with emphasis on holistic brand systems
• A solid understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
• Ability to develop multiple concepts for design solutions
• Strategic and conceptually-minded approach to design
• Excellent process-oriented skills
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Impeccable standards of delivery and attention to detail
• Stay on top of the new techniques and trends in design; disseminate information to others in the company

Education and Experience:
Applicants should have 3+ years experience as a designer with emphasis on branding and marketing. Experience designing for Fortune 500 companies is a plus. Applicants should have a degree in graphic design or equivalent.
