Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, and informative material through a variety of media outlets such as print brochures, direct mail, websites, and presentations.

Contributes content and messaging to advertising, direct mail, literature, newsletters, public relations, and web-related activities.

Provides tradeshow support by creating signage, assisting with pre-show/at-show/post-show messaging and performing other back-up support duties as needed.

Ensures that the integrity of the Datamax-O’Neil logo is preserved through creation and consistent implementation of the logo style guide.

Uses technical product modification information obtained from the marketing product manager and engineering staff to revise and update marketing collateral such as data sheets, application notes, products guides, and product bulletins.

Disseminates marketing and technical write-ups to the appropriate marketing and engineering personnel for documentation completeness, accuracy, and clarity.

Maintains the image gallery; serves as in-house photographer.

Prepares final artwork of marketing documents for printing. Coordinates printing and delivery dates with outside vendors.

Creates graphic material and microsites to support marketing campaigns.

Assists with creation of marketing presentations.

MAC and PC environments, MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), E-Marketing program, Computer Graphics, Web and Print Graphic Development packages.

Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concept, practices, and procedures within the field.
