Rapidly growing CPG company has an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a Graphic Designer to support the in-house creative team.

Responsibilities:
Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to marketing and communications challenges, finding the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type,
illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques
Develop overall layout and production design of digital ads, sales collateral, trade show materials, e-newsletters, emails, signage and promotional items as well as web pages/portals, and interactive media
Steward the equity of the brand. Develop, maintain and consistently communicate a compelling brand position leveraging both traditional and new media. From this positioning; demonstrate discipline in providing creative direction and demonstrate thought leadership by pushing for innovation, recommending and gaining alignment on key initiatives, and measured risk within the team

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-4 years of professional design experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
Strong visual literacy and understanding of typography, illustration, color theory, wire framing and photo manipulation.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Indesign.
Expert user of design tools including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, and other Adobe products
Solid skills in HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint & Word)
Familiar with JavaScript, Flash, iMovie, Final Cut Express, Director, Premiere, Live Motion
MAC & PC proficient
Experience with social media tools such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook a plus
Must be detail oriented and a quick learner
Must have exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure of tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Be able to take a design from conception to production
