Our software client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their marketing team that will play a key role in the success of all branding efforts and strategies. The designers responsibilities will encompass both hands-on execution of branding activities, as well as project management to ensure all initiatives stay on track. You will join a best of breed Marketing Team, supporting both local and remote teams. As part of a growing, dynamic consulting and software organization, the team works hard and has a blast doing it! Create and maintain brand detailed guideline documentation across corporate, software and all industry verticals
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable guiding the branding strategy, as well as implementing that strategy across all creative mediums. Your previous experience working within a company’s marketing organization in a B2B environment will position you for success here.
Design brand templates across all asset types – HTML banners, website, advertising, collateral, events, PowerPoint templates, etc.
Implement re-branding project for approximately 100 existing assets and serve as focal point across the organization for new asset creation ongoing
Desired Skills & Experience: 5+ years graphic design experience in Enterprise B2B environment
Experience with print design (white papers, solution briefs, event booths, etc.) as well as digital (banner ads, infographics, etc.). No web design or UX experience required, but if you’re the rare unicorn that has it all we’d love to meet you!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work directly with cross-functional teams and prioritize deliverables according to business need.
B2B experience, working with an in-house marketing team.
Strong project management skills, and the ability to drive multiple deliverables against deadlines
Skilled with PC’s and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
