Graphic Designer

In this role the production designer will be primarily responsible for customizing digital assets to be used online and in-store retail environments that sell Company products. Most customizations will come from the Marketing team. For the most, this person will spend the majority of their time modifying existing banners (both static and animated), landing pages (both online and mobile) and other digital graphics. They will also have the opportunity to work on net-new design projects, as determined by the Group Manager of the Online Merchandising Team. It's imperative that the person who fills this role, can work in a highly creative, collaborative, fun and passionate environment. They must also be comfortable in working for a group where responsibities and deadlines can shift at a moment's notice. Retail is a very fluid and fast changing environment -- so the person in this role should be able to embrace and welcome change.

5 plus years of experience with proven ability to lead and direct design styles and efforts. Must be highly proficient with interactive web technologies, software or web applications, and print and branding. Fluency with standard and dynamic design software packages (Photoshop, Flash, etc) required. Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of typography is preferred. Strong communication skills along with ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player. Demonstrated experience with project planning and excellent project management skills required. Portfolio review required. Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design or related area required. A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
