Aquent's electronic client is seeking a Graphic Designer. Must have strong packaging design portfolio. You will develop and produce creative campaigns for in-store, on-line and tradeshow environments for a wide range of products including networking, entertainment and mobility accessories. This position collaborates with marketing team in campaign creation, messaging and execution. Candidate must have experience creating design solutions that have a high visual impact for in-store environments. As a design lead this role gathers and studies necessary information and materials to develop concepts. Must be comfortable taking charge, working under tight deadlines and interfacing with internal (sales) and external clients (buyers).

· Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to meet objectives
· Estimating the time required to complete the work
· Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
· In-store campaigns, some multimedia graphic support and other corporate projects as needed.
· Compose and produce work in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are required.
· Responsible for 100% accuracy and proofing of all materials produced; ensure that all projects follow the required traffic and copy/proofing workflow.

What you’ll need
· Completion of 2 yr. Graphic Design or Desktop Publishing certified course or equivalent.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to express ideas clearly written and graphically.
· Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Acute Vision, Handles Rejection
· Proficiency with Mac computers, printers, scanners. Proficient with relative software, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word and PowerPoint.
· Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors.
· Two to five years experience in a similar position

· Support the implementation and maintenance of image/file cataloging, archiving and backup program.
· Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
· Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc
· Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
