The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team and business partners to create and produce high quality promotional marketing materials. The successful candidate must be able to produce marketing materials from design concept through production to delivery.

• Works with marketing and business partners to design and create marketing materials including advertising, displays, direct mail, sales support materials, brochures, PowerPoint presentations and premium items for clients, consumers, dealers, team members and business-to-business marketing materials.
• Identify creative solutions to meet or exceed client needs
• Adhere to Brand standards
• Manage appropriate vendor resources including, but not limited to, design, print, finishing, direct mail, personalization, photography and distribution.
• Manages and maintains the graphics standards manual and monitor the adherence of the standards throughout the organization.
• Utilizes design expertise, print and digital production knowledge to manage the delivery of materials on time, on budget, and to the standards of the department and business partners.
• Assists business partners with the maintenance of the "brand" and "look and feel" for the company to display as needed.

• Graphic Design or related degree or experience equivalent preferred. Five plus years print design and production experience required
• Expertise on both Mac and PC platforms. Software includes Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). (Sharepoint, HTML, Flash would be a plus)
• Experience working with print production including design concept, layout, pre-press, and product artwork.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while remaining on schedule
